What are Prive Points?
Points are rewards you earn for using Prive. They accumulate in your account every time you make an eligible transaction, complete a milestone, or refer a friend who starts using Prive.
How do I earn points?
You earn points automatically on eligible transactions. Card top-ups earn 10 pts per $1, payment requests earn 5 pts, withdrawals earn 5 pts, and card purchases earn 1 pt per $10 spent. You also get one-time bonuses for milestones and referrals.
What can I use my points for?
Redemption is coming soon. We're working on fee discounts, earning boosts, early access to features, and more. Keep earning — your points are safe and growing.
Is there a daily limit?
Yes. You can earn up to 500 points per transaction and 2,000 points per day. Limits reset every 24 hours.
How does the referral bonus work?
When a friend you've invited makes their first card top-up, you both earn 50 points. You also unlock bonus milestones when 5 friends are onboarded (100 pts) and 10 friends are onboarded (200 pts).
How are points calculated?
Points are calculated based on the size of each transaction. For example, a $10 card top-up earns 100 points, and a $50 card purchase at a merchant earns 5 points. Some merchant categories may earn bonus multipliers.
Can I lose points?
Points may be deducted if a transaction is refunded — for example, if an eSIM order is refunded after it was awarded, the points credited to you (and to your referrer, if any) are reversed. One-time milestone bonuses are never reversed.

Point values and earning rates are subject to change. Prive reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Milestone bonuses are awarded once per account. Redemption features are not yet available. Terms of Use
